Legalization is a policy in which it allows adults to cultivate and possess an amount of marijuana for personal use. This involves creating a marijuana market that is legally controlled, where people can purchase marijuana for recreational purposes from any legal and safe source. This policy has existed in different European countries and even in several United States jurisdictions.
