Alternating Current (AC)


It is the kind of electrical current wherein the direction of the electrons’ flow will switch backward and forward. The electrons will do it in regular cycles or intervals. The current flowing within the standard household electricity and power lines that originate from the wall outlets are called AC or alternating current.
